Project Latham & Watkins, a global law firm headquartered in Los Angeles, wanted to recruit top legal talent from the nation's leading law schools.
Their existing recruiting materials were deemed
rather stodgy and out of step with today's market.
A more contemporary approach was needed.

Challenge Graduates of top law schools have their
pick of job offers, and most firms offer about the
same salary and benefits. Work assignments and corporate culture, however, vary widely from one
firm to another. The goal was to portray L&W as an appealing, stimulating workplace full of interesting people.

Solution Working with L&W's design firm, Concinnity developed a personality-driven concept that portrays the career opportunities available in the firm through real people. By highlighting young lawyers' lives and interests, outside the firm as well as on the job, this piece proved highly successful in attracting new talent to L&W. Coordinating recruitment ads were also
created and placed in law school publications for
maximum impact.
